Job summary

Giltrap Group is seeking a Showroom Host & Receptionist in Auckland. You will be the face of the showroom, greeting customers and ensuring a high-end experience while supporting sales and day-to-day operations.

Ideal candidates are highly organised with customer service experience, excellent communication, and a professional presentation. A team player who can assist the wider dealership team is valued.

Qualifications

• Highly organised with experience in a similar role.
• Customer service experience and a passion for cars.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet customers entering the showroom/store.
• Provide a professional and welcoming first point of contact.
• Assist customers with merchandise enquiries and sales.
• Accurately document and record customer leads and relevant information.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the showroom/store at all times.
• Support daily store operations and general administrative tasks as required.
• Ensure merchandise displays are maintained and presented to brand standards.
• Represent the brand in a professional manner at all times.
• Escalate customer enquiries or issues to management where required.
