Our New Zealand client seeks an Ecommerce Coordinator to manage Shopify stores end-to-end, ensuring products look polished, pages run smoothly and customers have a great shopping experience. You'll collaborate with the Operations Manager, Creative Director and Content Coordinator, blending creative and analytical skills in online retail.

You’ll handle merchandising, data, SEO, email flows, and CRM, with responsibilities spanning stock reviews, campaigns, and coordinating with dispatch.

Competenze

• Solid Shopify experience and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with data, SEO and UX concepts.
• Able to handle basic HTML and image editing.
• Strong focus on creating a shop-friendly user experience.
• Experience with email flows or CRM is a plus.

Mansioni

• Run the brands' Shopify sites day to day, from merchandising and product data to imagery and SEO.
• Track performance and identify ways to lift conversion, traffic and AOV.
• Bring each new collection, sale and campaign to life online.
• Review stock, spot gaps and recommend reorders.
• Build and refine email flows, segments and CRM.
• Look after customer emails, care and mending programmes, and third-party platforms.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage and receive online customer portal orders.
