Ecommerce Manager

Do you love fashion and dream about working with a high-end designer brand?

Our client is one of New Zealand's leading boutique fashion brands. They are looking for an exceptional E-Commerce Manager to enhance sales by managing the online strategy for their concept store and fashion label. This is a 12-month parental leave contract role, starting February 2027, based in their Auckland office.

This role is responsible for the optimisation and maintenance of their brands' online experience. Maintaining and building the reach of online channels in the current market, plus expanding into international markets, driving and increasing sales in these markets while remaining in line with strategic goals.

You will work closely with the wider team and manage all aspects of the online and digital marketing environment.

The right candidate for this role will have 2+ years' experience in an e-commerce role or similar and an eye for fashion and design with exceptional attention to detail. An analytical mind, keeping on the pulse of industry trends and development, with an operations mindset and the ability to keep an online store running smoothly. Experience with Lightspeed, Cody (Blackpepper), Mailchimp and Facebook Ads Manager is preferred.

Your organisational skills are evident, with experience in working to deadlines and within a fast-paced environment. You will be computer literate, commercially savvy, a proven problem solver, and have excellent communication skills and personal presentation. An understanding of the importance of maintaining a sharp direction for our premium brands is essential.
