Burger King NZ is hiring a Shift Manager for the Henderson location. This role requires leading a small team, ensuring food safety and quality, and coaching staff. You will work evenings and weekends, be responsible for operations, and help promote profitability while delivering great burgers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 years team management experience and overseeing the duties of Team Members in Fast Food or similar food, Hospitality or Retail environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to create a positive culture and working environment.
• Experience on how to onboard new employees and with staff training and motivation (advantage).
• Unpacking stock deliveries and inventory (involves heavy lifting).

Responsibilities

You must be able to work some night and weekendshifts!

Asa Shift Manager, you are responsible for:

• Thisis a hands-on position, you will also work to make and serve: big, bold,deliciousness (great burgers) to everyone.

Whatwe offer you:

• Salary: $59-62K gross per annum, depending on skills and experience.
• Guaranteedhours of 40 hours per week to be worked over any 5 days of the week, Monday toSunday.
• Hoursand days of work will depending on the rostered shifts you are assigned.
• Additionalhours, if agreed, are also paid (hours over 80 per fortnight)
