  • Assist in designing solutions involving web applications, enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, cloud-based applications, and other business technology systems.
  • Recommend appropriate system configurations and technology solutions considering functionality, scalability, reliability, security, and business requirements.
  • Work with developers and other technical specialists to ensure proposed solutions can be effectively implemented.
3. System Integration & API Analysis

  • Support integration involving ERP, CRM, SaaS, e-commerce, payment, and other business platforms.
  • Evaluate existing client systems and technology environments to identify opportunities for improved performance, functionality, reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
  • Analyse system workflows and data flows to identify inefficiencies, integration issues, and potential system risks.
  • Recommend improvements to system architecture, applications, integration design, and business processes.
  • Assist clients in evaluating technology options and selecting appropriate systems and solutions.
  • Support system optimisation and continuous improvement following implementation.
5. Testing & Implementation
  • Develop functional, system, and integration test requirements and test scenarios.

  • Verify that developed and configured solutions meet approved business and functional requirements.
  • Identify, document, and coordinate the resolution of system defects, integration issues, and implementation problems.
  • Support the deployment and implementation of new systems, applications, integrations, and system upgrades.
  • Assist with post-implementation reviews and system optimisation.
6. Cloud, Infrastructure & Security Requirements
  • Analyse system requirements relating to cloud environments, IT infrastructure, access controls, data management, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Work with infrastructure and technical specialists to ensure system solutions are compatible with clients' existing technology environments.
