Job summary

Fulton Hogan is seeking a Workspace Administrator to roll out SharePoint Digital Workspaces across the business. Based in Christchurch, you will deliver practical, hands-on configurations that are easy to use, well governed, and ready for real-world use.

This fixed-term role runs through December 2027. You’ll work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and workspace owners to tailor setups and provide go-live support while growing your Microsoft 365 and SharePoint skills within a supportive

Qualifications

• Experience administering, configuring, or supporting SharePoint Modern sites.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint information architecture (libraries, lists, metadata, permissions).
• Experience supporting testing, rollout, and handover to BAU.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborative, organized, proactive approach with safety and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Assist rollout of SharePoint Digital Workspaces by configuring workspaces for business use.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Project Managers, workspace owners, and teams to understand needs and apply appropriate setup.
• Configure libraries, permissions, metadata, navigation per standards.
• Assist with testing, issue resolution, migration readiness, go-live support, and handover to BAU.
• Maintain clear, up‑to‑date documentation for security, supportability, and long-term use.
