Job summary

Datacom Wellington is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to lead client workshops, elicit requirements and craft Workday solutions for multiple projects. You will partner with business users and implementation teams to deliver effective HCM outcomes.

You'll specialise in HCM Core and Compensation modules, with Nice-to-have Time Tracking and Absence. The role rewards client-facing excellence, strong design and testing skills, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Workday HCM modules.
• Certified Workday PRO certification preferred.
• Strong client-facing workshop facilitation and requirements gathering skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams across multiple client projects.
• Configure, test, and support Workday solutions; deliver knowledge transfer and training.

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
