Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to bridge client business users with implementation teams. You will lead workshops, elicit requirements, craft solutions and articulate Workday concepts.

The role involves leading HCM workstreams, from requirements gathering through design, configuration, testing and training. The ideal candidate has proven Workday expertise, client-facing experience, and a drive to deliver meaningful outcomes for government, enterprise, and growing organizations.

Qualifications

• Workday implementation experience or PRO certification.
• Client-facing consulting experience in HR/workforce management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams across multiple clients.
• Facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and design solutions.
• Configure Workday modules and perform testing and training.
• Provide knowledge transfer and ongoing client support.

About the Role (your why)

As a Senior Consultant - Workday, you’ll be the conduit between the client’s business users, stakeholders and the implementation teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You’ll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you’ll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Workday concepts.

What you’ll do

At the moment, as a Senior Consultant - Workday, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients.

You will lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients, from requirements gathering, design, configuration and support activities. You will then lead testing activities, knowledge transfer sessions and user training.

The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role.
