• Optimise service routes in Lower North Island to reduce travel time and boost productivity.
• Confirm appointments with customers and communicate schedule changes promptly.
• Coordinate urgent service requests with sales and technicians.
• Fill schedule gaps due to cancellations, rebooks, or weather.
• Reschedule customer appointments as needed due to operational or weather-related changes.
• Ensure maintenance treatments are scheduled and completed on time.
• Maintain accurate service records and update data in company systems.
• Address service-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and internal teams.
• Provide routing and appointment-confirmation support to other regions as needed.

The Service Planner will schedule, plan, and confirm service visits, manage documentation, and streamline communication between sales and service teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to problem-solving, an eye for detail and a love of solving a good puzzle.

Key responsibilities
