Job summary

Australian Office of Parliamentary Counsel in Wellington Central, North Island seeks a Service Performance Analyst to monitor publishing activity, system performance and data flows, providing insights to support improvements in New Zealand's secondary legislation service.

You'll produce reports and dashboards, identify trends and risks, and work with technical, engagement and legislative data specialists to enable transition and continuous improvement during the 12-month fixed-term assignment.

Qualifications

• Good analytical and reporting skills with the ability to work with data and draw practical conclusions.
• Confidence working with system data, performance metrics, dashboards or visualisations.
• An ability to spot trends and communicate insights clearly.
• Ability to work effectively with operational and technical stakeholders.
• A practical and curious approach to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of system performance, publishing activity, data flows, errors and agency usage.
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights that help technical, engagement and service teams make decisions.
• Identify trends, potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Support agency engagement through transition by providing clear performance information, identifying common issues and helping agencies and internal teams understand operational issues.
• Work with technical, product, engagement and legislative data specialists to support resolution and continuous improvement.
