Job summary

Parliamentary Counsel Office in Wellington is seeking a Service Performance Analyst to monitor publishing activity, system performance and data flows across the new secondary legislation service.

You will produce dashboards and insights to help technical, engagement and policy teams make decisions, identify trends and risks, and support transition and continuous improvement with clear performance information. This is a live digital service environment with impact on access to the law.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data to draw practical conclusions.
• Ability to work with system data, performance metrics, dashboards or visualisations.
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support monitoring of system performance, publishing activity, data flows, errors and agency usage.
• Produce reports, dashboards and insights to help teams make decisions.
