About the role

We're looking for a Service Manager to join one of New Zealand's most established service and maintenance providers in the fuels industry. You'll report to the Operational Manager North and lead end-to-end service delivery - people, customers, safety, and performance.

Your day-to-day will centre on:

• Leading, coaching and developing field teams to deliver right-first-time outcomes.
• Front-footing customer relationships with regular on-site engagement.
• Owning safety, quality and compliance standards at every job.
• Taking accountability for branch performance - planning resources, managing contracts, and lifting productivity.
• Tracking the numbers (budget, margin, pricing) and spotting growth opportunities.

You're comfortable having the tough conversations, you value transparency, and you take full ownership of your business unit's results.
