Job summary

ECL Group is seeking a Project Installer to support installation projects across Wellington, Palmerston North, and other sites nationwide. The role requires hands-on installation work on electrical or mechanical systems, frequent travel, and collaboration with project teams and customers.

You will read plans, troubleshoot on-site, and ensure work is completed to quality standards with a strong emphasis on safety and reliability. A full driver’s licence is essential for travel to diverse sites.

Qualifications

• Hands-on installation experience (electrical, mechanical or similar).
• Willing to travel regularly to projects nationwide.
• Strong work ethic, shows up and gets stuck in.
• Good communicator who can deal with customers and team members.

• Deliver installation projects across multiple sites nationwide.
• Work on fuel systems, technology installs, and associated infrastructure.

• Delivering installation projects across multiple sites nationwide
• Working on fuel systems, technology installs, and associated infrastructure
• Reading plans, problem solving on-site, and getting the job done right
• Travelling regularly and representing ECL on customer sites
• Working closely with project teams and other trades
• Keeping safety, quality, and standards front of mind

About you

• Hands-on installation experience (electrical, mechanical or similar)
• Someone who enjoys being on the road and working in different environments (You will travel to projects nationally)
• Strong work ethic, shows up and gets stuck in
• Can think on their feet and solve problems without overcomplicating things
• Good communicator who can deal with customers and team members
• Full driver’s licence is a must
