Chapman Tripp in Christchurch is seeking a Service Desk Support Analyst to join our national IT team. You will be the first point of contact for technical support by phone, email or in person, diagnosing and resolving issues to meet SLA, provisioning devices and accounts, and logging resolutions in our ITSM system.
You'll work with Windows 10, MS 365/Teams, and AD administration in a dynamic firm environment, with on-call duties every four weeks and opportunities to contribute to wider IT
