Otago Regional Council (ORC) is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Dunedin, Queenstown or Alexandra. You will provide end user IT support for ORC computers, systems and applications, ensuring reliable service delivery.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, 2+ years in IT, and experience in network administration and desktop support.

We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join our Information Technology team on a permanent, full time (37.5 hours per week) basis, in our busy Dunedin, Queenstown or Alexandra office.
The purpose of this position is to provide end user support services for ORC computers, business systems, and applications, ensuring reliable delivery of IT services to staff and stakeholders.
