Job summary

Alsco New Zealand is seeking a Service Delivery Person to manage routes, deliver and collect garments, mats, and towels while providing excellent service and building customer relationships.

This hands-on role combines driving with customer interaction and physical work; full training is provided and pre-employment checks are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Full Class 1 driver’s licence with a clean driving record.
• Reliable, honest, and committed to high standards.
• Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physically fit to lift up to 20kg and comfortable in a hands-on role.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Delivery or customer service experience is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect garments, mats, towels, and other rental products.
• Service customers across your assigned route.
• Manage your daily schedule and route efficiently.
• Load, unload, and safely handle products.
• Complete delivery documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, safety, and service.

Monday to Friday (07:00am - 03:30pm)

As a Service Delivery Person, you'll be the face of Alsco on the road. You'll manage your own route, delivering and collecting garments, mats, and towels while providing great service and building strong customer relationships. This is a hands-on active role that combines driving, customer service, and physical work. No two days are the same, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys working independently, staying busy, and being on the go.

You're someone who enjoys a role where every day is different. You like getting out and about, meeting people, and seeing the results of your efforts. Whether you're delivering to a long-standing customer or tackling a busy day on the road, you're happiest when you're keeping busy and getting the job done.

Full training is provided, and all successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
