Job summary

Alsco New Zealand in Auckland is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead multi-site washroom and cleaning services, driving service excellence and customer outcomes across the region.

You will manage a team, KPIs, budgets and safety standards, with an early start schedule and a hands-on, KPI-driven leadership approach within a global organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' people management experience.
• Experience leading service/facilities/logistics or hygiene operations.
• Full NZ driver’s license and eligibility to work in NZ.
• Ability to pass alcohol, drug and medical screening.

Service Delivery Manager

This full-time role offers an early start and early finish, working Monday to Friday from 06:00am to 02:30pm, with flexibility required to support operational needs.

Lead a high-performing, multi-site washroom management operation across Auckland, with full ownership of people, performance, and customer outcomes. Alsco Fresh & Clean is part of a global organisation delivering essential hygiene and washroom services across New Zealand and internationally.

In this role, you'll oversee essential washroom and cleaning services across major customer sites, leading an established team and driving service excellence, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role in a structured, KPI-driven environment where your impact is visible every day.

You’ll bring:

• Proven experience leading teams in service, facilities, logistics, cleaning, hygiene, or similar, with a minimum of 3 years' people management experience
• Strong customer service focus and confidence managing key relationships
• Strong commercial awareness and experience managing labour and costs
• Solid communication, organisation, and problem solving skills
• A full NZ driver's license and eligibility to work in NZ
