Our Client is a New Zealand owned and operated company that provides commercial cleaning across the Auckland Region. Our client is known for providing top quality cleaning and domestic services for some of the biggest names in business.

Our client has been operating for over 12 months and has seen a huge amount of growth along with being able to sustain a team of 15 team members that conduct appropriate commercial cleaning services.

The Role

As Operations Supervisor you will have the ability to manage the team and carry out duties that will support the Auckland Team in enabling the team to maintain appropriate outcomes for the business clients.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day to day running of Cleaning and Domestic services for commercial business
• General Supervisory Administrative Duties
• Setting out work schedules to providing key organisational duties and processes for the team across Auckland
• Ensuring key and accurate record keeping
• Maintaining high level of relationship building and relationship management

Requirements

• Successful applicants will have the openness and willingness to undertake a conviction check
• Successful candidates will be reliable, honest and self reliant
• Successful Candidates will have essential interpersonal skills and maintaining strong relationships with clients, team members and executive management
