Job summary

Alsco New Zealand in Queenstown is seeking a Service Delivery Route Jumper to join our team. This on-site role combines delivery driving with customer service, covering routes that include mats, towels, and garments for clients. You’ll be the friendly face of Alsco on the road, delivering great service across your route.

You’ll work a 40-hour week (Tue–Sat) with training provided and pre-employment checks. No textile experience required, just reliability, communication skills, and a can-do

Qualifications

• Full Class 1 driver's license with a clean driving history.
• Reliable with a strong work history.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work independently and think on your feet.
• Physically fit for a hands-on role.
• Adaptable and organised.
• Customer service experience (preferred, not essential).

Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect rental products across your route.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance standards are met.
• Perform regular manual handling in a physically active role.
• Identify and act on sales opportunities, upselling products and services.
• Work independently to manage daily routes and schedules.

Job Description

Location: Queenstown| 40 Hours - Tuesday to Saturday| Pay Rate: 34.25

As a Route Jumper, you'll play a key role in keeping our service running smoothly while representing Alsco on the road. This dynamic, hands-on role combines delivery driving with customer service, where you'll deliver and collect mats, towels, and garments for our clients. No two days are the same. You'll work across different routes and tasks, enjoying variety, independence, and the chance to build strong customer relationships as the friendly face of Alsco.

You’re a reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently while delivering great customer service. You thrive in a hands-on, physical role, bring a positive attitude, and confidently build relationships with customers. You’re adaptable, hardworking, and ready to take on a variety of challenges each day while representing Alsco with professionalism.

Full training is provided, and all successful applicants will be required to complete pre-employment checks.

No prior textile experience is required.
