Job summary

Auto-IT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead Dealer Management System implementations across NZ, Australia and Southeast Asia. The role targets motor industry professionals with dealership operations or distribution experience.

Based in Wellington with hybrid remote options, you will manage full project lifecycles, coordinate budgets and stakeholders, and travel as needed in a full-time permanent position.

Qualifications

• Motor industry background with exposure to DMS/ERP/SaaS and implementation experience
• Knowledge of dealership sales, administration, aftersales or finance operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Existing New Zealand work rights essential

Responsibilities

• Manage full project lifecycle from planning to Go-Live and training workshops
• Deliver implementation projects remotely and on-site across ANZ/SEA
• Coordinate timelines, resources, budgets and customer communications
• Build strong relationships with dealership stakeholders and project teams
• Identify and manage project risks for successful customer outcomes
