• Build strong relationships with dealership stakeholders and project teams.
• Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful customer outcomes.
• Oversee resource and stakeholder management.

Seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of Dealer Management System (DMS) implementation projects across New Zealand, Australia, and Southeast Asia.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motor industry professional with experience and a background in dealership operations, or within a national automotive distributor, or enterprise software implementations.
