Job summary

Auto-IT is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to lead DMS implementation projects across NZ, Australia and SEA. The role involves managing full project lifecycles, delivering software implementations remotely and on-site, and coordinating timelines, budgets and stakeholder communications.

Based in Wellington or working remotely with hybrid options, you will build strong dealership relationships and drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive motor industry background with exposure to Dealer Management Systems (DMS), ERP or SaaS software.
• Strong leadership, coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of DMS implementation projects across NZ, Australia and SEA.
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning through Go-Live, training workshops and project activities.
• Deliver software implementations remotely and on-site and coordinate timelines, resources and budgets.
• Build strong dealership stakeholder relationships and manage project risks to ensure customer outcomes.
• Coordinate resource and stakeholder management for multiple projects concurrently.

Auto-IT is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Constellation Software company in turn owned by Perseus Group. You will find Auto-IT systems throughout Australia and New Zealand, as well as the USA, Canada, Southeast Asia, Africa, Fiji, and Mexico. Their offices are in Melbourne, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok, Bangalore, and Wellington, as well as channel partners in South Africa and Mexico. The role would ideally be based in Wellington although applicants from throughout New Zealand who could work remotely with hybrid options would also be considered.

The background sought

• An extensive motor industry background with some exposure to Dealer Management Systems, ERP, or SaaS software systems ideally, though not necessarily, with implementation experience
• Knowledge of dealership sales, administration, after sales, or finance operations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Existing New Zealand work rights are essential
