Job summary

Datacom is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workday to bridge client business users and delivery teams. You will lead Workday HCM workstreams, drive requirements, design configurations, and oversee testing and training for high-profile clients.

Ideal candidates have Workday implementation experience, a PRO certification, and strong HCM Core and Compensation skills. Time Tracking and Absence know-how is a bonus, with a focus on client-facing workshops and DW learning.

Qualifications

• Workday implementation experience required.
• Workday PRO certification highly desirable.
• Experience with HCM Core and Compensation modules.
• Familiarity with Time Tracking and Absence modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday HCM workstreams for multiple clients.
• Run requirements gathering, design, configuration and support.
• Coordinate testing, knowledge transfer sessions and end user training.
• Present solutions to clients and stakeholders in workshops.
