Glynis Bentley seeks a Warehouse Manager for a permanent role based in Queenstown. The position requires leadership of warehouse operations, strong ERP/WMS experience, and a focus on safety, efficiency and continuous improvement. Salary is R640 000 - R700 000 per annum, dependent on experience.

The role emphasises managing inventory, budgets and resources, with collaboration across planning, distribution and customer service teams to meet service levels and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related discipline is required.
• Postgraduate qualification and professional certificates are advantageous.
• Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement certification preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership qualification is desirable.
• Food Safety/GMP/HACCP certification is advantageous.
• Project Management qualification is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all warehouse operations for safe, efficient receipt, storage and dispatch.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
• Coordinate daily activities to optimise throughput and capacity use.
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions for issues.
• Drive standardised processes and operational discipline.
• Promote accountability and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Lead labour planning, budgeting and resource management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Formation

Bachelor's Degree in SCM/Logistics

Postgraduate qualification in Supply Chain

Lean Six Sigma certification

Supervisory/Leadership qualification

Food Safety/GMP/HACCP certification

Project Management qualification
