Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily transport and distribution activities to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Develop and implement transport schedules, routes, load planning and vehicle allocation.
• Monitor fleet utilisation, fuel costs, and maintenance for transport efficiency.
• Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and maintained with scheduled inspections.
• Manage relationships with third-party transporters and service providers.
• Oversee warehouse operations: receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
• Lead staff, set performance standards, and conduct reviews and training.
• Ensure HSE compliance and safety procedures across transport and warehousing.
• Control transport and warehousing costs; monitor budgets and KPI performance.
