Job summary

Harrison Grierson is seeking a Principal Transport Engineer to lead transport projects, including management of TEPS panel engagements with Auckland Transport. You will guide multidisciplinary teams and shape strategy for urban development and transport initiatives.

You will mentor engineers, oversee complex projects, and contribute to growth through business development and high-level client engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in transport engineering and project leadership.
• Experience with public sector professional services panels (TEPS) or equivalent.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead transport engineering projects across full lifecycle from investigation to closeout.
• Act as trusted advisor to Auckland Transport, local authorities, developers, and clients.
• Oversee TEPS panel engagement and delivery of TEPS projects, maintaining key relationships.
