Job summary

Hoba Tech is seeking experienced business transformation practitioners to support client delivery as associates or contractors across New Zealand and Australia. These roles involve engaging with clients to implement detailed transformations through the innovative HOBA methodology.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to design Target Operating Models, produce actionable plans, and mentor clients in implementation. Engaging terms depend on client demand and capacity, offering varied engagement models including fractional positions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business transformation or strategy consulting.
• Track record on complex change projects.
• Strong skills in facilitation and stakeholder management.
