Job summary

Accenture Auckland is seeking a consultant to shape and execute strategic transformation programmes across large businesses and government departments. You will lead projects involving process redesign, AI-enabled systems, and business transformation, translating problems into practical plans and guiding teams to successful outcomes.

You will work with senior stakeholders, manage change at scale, and apply industry knowledge to build trusted client relationships and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

• Relevant Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional services organisation, working alongside key senior stakeholders, modelling and supporting transformation journeys, and delivering strategic proposals.
• Experience shaping and executing transformation programmes, including process redesign and technology-enabled change.

Responsibilities

• Transformation: Execute transformation programmes jointly with senior team members.
• Technology expertise: Apply knowledge of AI, Cloud, Data, Security to enable transformation.
• Design and delivery: Create target-state processes, service models, and implementation roadmaps.
• Analysis: Assess client data and processes to identify improvements and track value realisation metrics.
• Program management: Plan and manage day-to-day delivery across teams and stakeholders.
