Job summary

ACC is seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer to provide technical leadership across our quality engineering practice. This role blends strategy with hands-on engineering and drives automation excellence across enterprise platforms.

You'll work with delivery teams, architects and engineers to shape test automation standards, improve quality outcomes, and support safe, reliable digital services for New Zealand workplaces.

Qualifications

• Lead test engineering practices across multiple delivery teams.
• Hands-on experience with UI and API test automation.
• Experience with Java/Selenium automation frameworks.
• Strong mentoring and coaching of engineers.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across ACC's quality engineering practice.
