ACC is seeking an experienced Lead Test Engineer to provide technical leadership across our quality engineering practice. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on engineering, driving automation excellence and engineering standards across enterprise platforms.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with delivery teams, architects and leaders, and help shape the future of test automation at ACC while delivering high-quality digital services for New Zealanders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Lead Test Engineer delivering automation strategies across multiple delivery teams.
• Hands-on in UI and API automation using Java, Selenium and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to design and evolve automated test frameworks in enterprise-scale environments.
