Job summary

PayPlus, a New Zealand payment technology company, seeks an experienced Software Engineer to join its Auckland team to design, develop and improve software applications and payment systems.

You will own requirements analysis, software design, development and integration with EFTPOS terminals, POS platforms, and payment gateways, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability across our ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Consult with internal stakeholders to understand software requirements.
• Design software architecture, components, interfaces and data structures.
• Develop, modify and maintain software applications for PayPlus' payment ecosystem.
• Develop APIs and web services for payment processing and integrations.
• Assess and improve software quality through testing.
