Fluid Recruitment Limited is partnering with a market-leading law firm in Auckland to appoint a Senior Associate or high-performing Associate to join their Technology team. The role focuses on technology procurement, SaaS contracts, privacy, and cross-border matters for a diverse and international client base.

You'll work closely with Partners and enjoy a collegiate culture, with opportunities to handle sophisticated matters across energy and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years' PQE with technology and commercial experience.
• Experience in technology, sourcing, procurement and/or SaaS contracts.
• Confident managing sophisticated client relationships with autonomy.
• Ambitious and motivated to progress in a market-leading practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on technology procurement, SaaS, privacy, data and cross-border matters.
• Support deals from negotiation through to execution for a diverse client base.
• Collaborate closely with Partners in a well-regarded technology practice.
