The role focuses on technology procurement, SaaS contracts, privacy, and cross-border matters for a diverse and international client base.

You'll work closely with Partners and enjoy a collegiate culture, with opportunities to handle sophisticated matters across energy and digital infrastructure.

Qualifications

The firm is distinguished by the quality, scale and international dimension of its work, advising leading domestic and international clients on complex, high-value and often cross-border matters.

The opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology lawyer with 4-8 years' PQE and experience in technology, sourcing and commercial contracts.

You will advise a diverse client base, from high-growth technology businesses through to major corporates and publicly listed multinationals, across technology procurement, contract negotiation, SaaS, privacy, data and ongoing operational matters. The team also has particularly interesting work across energy and digital infrastructure.

Working closely with two highly regarded and genuinely approachable Partners, you'll join a team with plenty of personality and a strong collegiate culture. They are looking for someone who is commercially astute, personable and collaborative, with a genuine passion for the technology sector.

This opportunity would also suit a New Zealand-qualified lawyer returning from overseas who is looking to maintain exposure to sophisticated, internationally focused work.
