Job summary

Computer Culture, based in Christchurch, NZ, is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant to shape how clients design and evolve technology and systems. You’ll work closely with clients to define practical technical direction, architecture and roadmaps, while remaining hands-on with delivery.

In this role you’ll lead across Microsoft 365, identity, security and hybrid infrastructure, and you’ll mentor engineers while delivering real business value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience designing supporting and delivering technical solutions for complex environments.
• Hands-on breadth across Microsoft cloud and modern workplace technologies, infrastructure, identity, security and networking.
• Experience in MSP or multi-client environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical direction and roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Turn client business needs into practical technology strategies, roadmaps and solutions.
• Lead design and implementation of solutions across Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint management, security, networking and hybrid infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership to clients and engineering teams through complex decisions and escalations.
• Develop products, solutions and repeatable approaches that strengthen service offerings across clients.
• Mentor engineers and lift capability across the team.
• Remain hands-on with delivery to achieve right client outcomes.
