Fulton Hogan is seeking a Surfacing Divisional Manager in the Bay of Plenty to lead safe, profitable, high-quality surfacing delivery and to support growth and a high-performing team. You’ll balance commercial outcomes with safety and customer expectations, and you’ll have real scope to influence field delivery.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, shape planning, and drive capability uplift while building trust with clients and crews on site.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience leading operational teams in surfacing, civil construction or a closely related field.
• BE, NZCE or significant industry experience - asphalt laying and/or chipseal surfacing operations and specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the safe, compliant and efficient delivery of surfacing work across the region.
• Drive planning, programming and resource allocation to meet contract and customer requirements.
• Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and profitability.
• Build strong working relationships with customers, suppliers, local authorities and internal teams.
• Grow team capability through clear leadership, coaching, feedback and performance management.
