Job summary

MITRE 10 North Shore is seeking a Senior Supply Planner for a 12‑month fixed term on‑site. You’ll own a local and imported product portfolio, planning, purchasing, importing and distribution activities while mentoring the team.

You’ll collaborate with Supply Planners, Category Managers, Demand Planners and freight partners to maintain stock availability and optimize costs, leveraging SAP, IBP, and LIMA systems for end‑to‑end planning.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in supply chain, planning, importing, or purchasing.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers, costings and product data.
• Proficient Excel, system savvy and able to interpret data insights.
• Experience with overseas purchasing, shipping and import requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local and imported products to support in‑stock and inventory KPIs.
• Plan and purchase continuity, new range, indent and non‑continuity products.
• Use data and system insights to make timely replenishment decisions.
• Coordinate purchase orders, supplier confirmations, shipping docs, customs clearance and receiving.
