AIA in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Senior Supervision Management Specialist to strengthen supervision of financial advice across our provider network. As a Senior Supervision Management Specialist, you play a key role in supporting high-quality advice and strong adviser conduct across AIA's Financial Advice Provider network. Working closely with advisers, leaders, risk and compliance teams, and key business stakeholders, you help ensure advice, disclosure, complaints management, and record keeping practices meet regulatory expectations while delivering positive customer outcomes. This role combines technical expertise, coaching, and strategic influence, giving you the opportunity to strengthen supervision frameworks, guide continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to a collaborative team focused on maintaining trust, quality, and excellence across the advice business.
