  • Build trusted adviser relationships that support long-term partnerships, improve service experiences, and deliver mutual success.
  • Identify new business, cross-sell opportunities, and growth areas that increase market share and contribute to commercial results.
  • Represent AIA in the market, sharing insights and positioning solutions effectively to enhance brand presence and adviser confidence.
  • Collaborate across teams to resolve adviser needs, improve processes, and deliver seamless, high-quality support.
  • Promote strong risk and compliance outcomes by supporting adviser training, managing issues proactively, and escalating concerns where needed.

  • You bring proven success in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within insurance, financial services, or a related industry.
  • You have strong relationship-building skills and create credibility with advisers, stakeholders, and colleagues through a collaborative approach.
  • You have the ability to identify growth opportunities, translate insights into action, and achieve commercial outcomes.
  • You bring strong communication and emotional intelligence, adapting your approach to different audiences and situations.
