Responsibilities

• Own and continually improve the Shopify customer journey from landing to purchase.
• Analyze where customers drop out and identify friction to improve conversion.
• Run A/B tests and experiments; build a CRO roadmap.
• Improve product pages, landing pages, navigation and CTAs for better conversions.
• Turn insights into commercial recommendations and actions.
