Job summary

Synergy Consumer is seeking a commercially minded Digital Ecommerce Manager to own the ecommerce business across New Zealand and Australia. This role blends ecommerce, digital marketing and commercial performance, with responsibility for day-to-day Shopify performance, online sales and profitability.

You will lead the ecommerce promotional calendar, optimise the online customer journey across SEO, SEM, CRO, email and content, and use data to identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience across ecommerce, digital marketing or online trading.
• Solid hands-on Shopify experience.
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, email and content.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day performance of the Shopify ecosystem.
• Drive online sales and profitability for NZ and AU.
• Improve the online customer journey and conversion across channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Creative and Customer Service to influence brand direction.
