You’ll own orders, stock, deliveries, payments and refunds, lead from the front with high‑value bed sales, and mentor the team to keep the showroom and warehouse running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a senior sales and office management leadership role.
• Proven ability to sell high-value products and hit targets.
• Strong organisational skills to manage orders, stock, payments and records.
• Customer-first mindset, handling both positive and difficult situations.
• Hands-on leadership style; leads by example in sales, delivery and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by strengthening e-commerce presence and referral programs.
• Lead from the front with sales, serving customers and closing premium bed sales.
• Run the office: manage orders, freight, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Handle aftersales: respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee operations: coordinate suppliers, stock, inventory checks, and logistics.
• Be the backbone of the business, balancing hands-on tasks with leadership.
