Job summary

Mons Royale in Wanaka, NZ is seeking an Ecommerce Specialist to own the day-to-day operation of our websites across NZ, AU, Europe, USA and Canada. You will drive launches, maintain brand standards, and optimise online shopping experiences to grow commercial results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ecommerce and online merchandising experience.
• Track record of using the site to improve commercial results.
• Ability to manage multiple regions and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day site operation across all regional sites, resolving issues.
• Launch new products and collections accurately and on time.
• Maintain onsite merchandising and product sort order.
• Coordinate with marketing, merchandising and creative teams to align campaigns.
• Analyze site performance using GA4, Power BI and Shopify; run testing to improve.
• Manage Shopify and app integrations with external vendors.
