Tauranga City Council is seeking a Senior Application Support Specialist to lead the SAP support within the Applications Support team. You will ensure business-critical applications are stable, supported and continuously improving, acting as the senior technical expert across the SAP landscape and guiding colleagues.

Qualificações
- Proven experience supporting complex enterprise applications and business-critical systems.
- Strong SAP support experience and knowledge of application integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic capability across application environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service skills.
- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly and effectively.
- Experience mentoring and supporting team members to build capability and knowledge sharing.
- Strong documentation and knowledge management practices.
- Proactive approach to continuous improvement and service excellence.
