Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering complex Salesforce solutions in consulting and enterprise settings.
• Experience in public sector Salesforce projects is highly valued.
• Strong integration and API design capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders across the full lifecycle to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Design, build, and deploy scalable Salesforce architectures (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud).
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD deployments.
• Mentor consultants and foster collaboration and technical excellence.
• Drive data security, performance optimization, and governance across projects.
• Apply AI and emerging tech to accelerate delivery and client value.
