Job summary

Talent is seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead delivery across CRM, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud, plus manage complex data/integration projects for multiple teams at our NZ client. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement and a track record of successful digital IT project delivery.

The position offers hybrid working in Auckland CBD, with two days in the office, and requires NZ work rights and residency in NZ.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience delivering projects across Salesforce environments, including CRM, Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Experience delivering complex digital IT projects including software implementations, data migrations and system integrations.
• Strong data and integration project experience with dependencies across systems, platforms and teams.
• Excellent engagement and communication skills with the ability to build credibility with diverse stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to join our client and lead the delivery of key Salesforce initiatives across CRM, Data Cloud (Data 360) and Marketing Cloud. Additionally you’ll manage complex data and integration projects across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver high value projects.

• You are an experienced Project Manager with at least 3 years’ hands-on experience delivering projects across Salesforce environments, including CRM, Data Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
• You have delivered complex digital IT projects including software implementations, data migrations and system integrations within large and complex environments.
• You have strong experience managing data and integration projects and understand the dependencies involved across systems, platforms and teams.
• You have strong engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain credibility with a variety of stakeholders.
