Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of RF engineering experience with a focus on optimization.
• Strong knowledge of 4G LTE and 5G NR RF characteristics.
• Proficient with RF planning/optimization tools and data post-processing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze RF performance metrics and drive optimization initiatives.
• Conduct drive tests and field surveys to evaluate coverage and data speeds.
• Develop strategies for improving RF parameters like tilt and power.
• Model network performance with planning tools and predict impact of changes.
• Troubleshoot RF interference and capacity issues.
• Collaborate with planning and engineering teams on site deployment.
• Provide post-launch optimization for new sites and upgrades.
• Generate reports on performance and recommendations.
• Stay current with RF tech and optimization trends.
• Mentor junior RF engineers and share expertise.
