Job summary

Lotto NZ is seeking an experienced product leader to head the Retail Product function in New Zealand. You will set the direction for our product portfolios, build governance and delivery frameworks, and partner with commercial leads to maximise value.

You will guide two senior Product Managers, coaching them to own and deliver their portfolios while shaping the future of our retail products and services.

Qualifications

You'll focus on:

• Leading and empowering two experienced Product Managers, providing direction, coaching and support while enabling them to own and deliver their portfolios.
• Using commercial insight and data to identify portfolio opportunities, guide investment and maximise value.
• Overseeing key supplier partnerships and governance, ensuring we get the best value and outcomes from our strategic relationships.
• Championing innovation and continuous improvement, evolving our products and services to meet changing retailer, customer and business needs.
• Building trusted relationships across Lotto NZ to ensure product priorities, risks and opportunities are understood and supported.

Your team / Tō rōpū:

Reporting to the Head of Retail Performance, you'll lead two experienced Product Managers responsible for key retail product portfolios. Together, you'll bring product expertise, commercial thinking and strong supplier partnerships to ensure our retail products and services continue to deliver value and evolve. You'll be part of the wider Retail Performance team, working alongside our field and retail operations teams, to ensure our product portfolios support the needs of our retailers, customers and business.
