Job summary

Lotto NZ is seeking an experienced product leader to set the direction for our Retail product portfolios and build the governance, partnerships and commercial disciplines to drive performance.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Performance, you will lead two Product Managers, coach them, and help them own their portfolios while using data to identify opportunities and maximise value for retailers and customers.

Qualifications

• Strong product and commercial experience, with a track record of leading multiple products or portfolios from strategy through to delivery.
• Commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to use data and insight to make sound decisions and improve performance.
• People leadership experience, with the ability to coach and empower experienced team members while providing clear direction.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills, with experience managing key stakeholders and supplier partnerships.

You’ll lead Lotto NZ’s Retail Product function, setting the direction for our product portfolios and creating the frameworks, partnerships and commercial disciplines that enable them to perform.

You’ll Focus On

Your Team / Tō Rōpū

Reporting to the Head of Retail Performance, you’ll lead two experienced Product Managers responsible for key retail product portfolios. Together, you’ll bring product expertise, commercial thinking and strong supplier partnerships to ensure our retail products and services continue to deliver value and evolve.

You’ll be part of the wider Retail Performance team, working alongside our field and retail operations teams, to ensure our product portfolios support the needs of our retailers, customers and business.
