Job summary

Lotto NZ is seeking a Senior Retail Product Manager to lead the Retail Performance portfolio and shape the future of our retail products and services across New Zealand. You will set portfolio priorities, guide investment decisions, and coach two experienced Product Managers while building strong supplier partnerships and delivering value for retailers and customers in a hybrid work environment.

You’ll lead Lotto NZ’s Retail Product function, setting thedirection for our product portfolios and creating the frameworks, partnershipsand commercial disciplines that enable them to perform.

You’llfocus on:

• Setting clear portfolio priorities andestablishing the governance and product management frameworks that guideinvestment and delivery.
• Leading and empowering two experienced ProductManagers, providing direction, coaching and support while enabling them to ownand deliver their portfolios.
• Using commercial insight and data to identifyportfolio opportunities, guide investment and maximise value.
• Overseeing key supplier partnerships andgovernance, ensuring we get the best value and outcomes from our strategicrelationships.
• Championing innovation and continuousimprovement, evolving our products and services to meet changing retailer,customer and business needs.
• Building trusted relationships across Lotto NZto ensure product priorities, risks and opportunities are understood andsupported.

Reporting to the Head of Retail Performance, you’ll lead twoexperienced Product Managers responsible for key retail product portfolios.Together, you’ll bring product expertise, commercial thinking and strongsupplier partnerships to ensure our retail products and services continue todeliver value and evolve.

You’ll be part of the wider Retail Performance team, workingalongside our field and retail operations teams, to ensure our productportfolios support the needs of our retailers, customers and business.

You’re anexperienced product leader who enjoys seeing the bigger picture across multipleportfolios. You combine strong commercial judgement with a practical approachto product governance, supplier relationships and investment decisions.

You’ll bring:

• Strong product and commercial experience,with a track record of leading multiple products or portfolios from strategythrough to delivery.
• Commercial and strategic thinking, with theability to use data and insight to make sound decisions and improveperformance.
• People leadership experience, with theability to coach and empower experienced team members while providing cleardirection.
• Strong relationship and influencing skills,with experience managing key stakeholders and supplier partnerships.
• A customer-focused mindset and curiosityabout how products and services can continually evolve and improve.
