Vape Merchant Limited is seeking a Retail Assistant to join our Pukekohe & Papakura team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, drive in-store sales, and help maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

You should be 18+, have the right to work in New Zealand, and be available weekends and public holidays; previous retail experience is a plus. We offer training, a discretionary bonus scheme, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have permanent and unconditional right to work in New Zealand.
• Prior retail sales experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in-store and online.
• Drive in-store sales and engage with customers.
• Maintain inventory levels and keep the store clean and well-presented.
• Assist with stocktakes and stock management.
